Away Day

There is lots of free parking in Padiham car parks but only for 2 hours. So I have looked out a road close to the centre that appears unrestricted and seems to have lots of space. The postcode is BB12 8EF (Station Road) I have found the postcode by looking up the Police Station which is at 64 but there seems to be plenty of space further down beyond the railway bridge. Suggested meeting time is 10 am with lunch en route. Can we swop phone numbers when we know who is going. Bryan and I will have a full car with 2 bikes but sharing may be possible.

Forecast looks OK with light cloud and 17 degrees

The weather looks good again this weekend, suggest we go west to get advantage of the wind on the way back. The route  goes over Greenhow and Langbar, so a wee bit hilly but is a nice route. Aiming for a cafe stop at Bolton Abbey. – Led by Sean
