Medium Ride
Hello Medium Group. Following last night discussions what about a ride up to Thorp Perrow Arboretum. This is basically our usual ride of 44 miles to Masham but with an extra 20 miles added on in the middle 64 miles all together. Brew at Thorp Perrow Arboretum at 38 miles.

Alternatively we haven’t done the ride to Thruscross for a while. This is a 50 miler with brew at Fewston Washburn Visitors Centre at 28 miles, however its only brew and biscuits there cos its the last Sunday in the month.

Lets see who turns up and decide in the morning.

Fast Ride
Out to Ilkley and Cow and Calf, don’t forget your sun cream.

Team Easy Sunday 24 June
OK – I know everyone will want to get back for the football so lets do a shortish flat ride of probably about 30 miles or so.

I thought about going down to Little Ribston, Cattal, Whixley, Ouseburn, Boroughbridge and back home.
See you there

Steady Ride
Sorry not posted a ride but should be there. Prefer to keep it steady. I gather from other posts there is something called ‘footy’ on ? Not sure what this is . Ride can be shortened to suit if anyone knows what time this mysterious event is on.😆 – Led by Richard

Team Easy – Reeth Awayday 10th June

This weekend is our first Awayday of the Year – this time we are paying Reeth a visit.

So the start and finish is in Reeth. Meet at Village Green Car Park, Reeth at 9.30am. There is no charge for parking but there is a donation/honesty box that everyone is encouraged to contribute to. There are public toilets pretty near and the local shop is open for an early morning coffee. It takes about an hour and a bit to get to the start.

If all goes to plan the ride should be about 45 miles through Swaledale and Arkengarthdate with about 1200m of ascent. Stops at Thwaite or Keld, Kirkby Stephen and Tan Hill of course.

For those not doing the awayday – meet at the car park as normal and choose a route and leader on the day

See you there!

Ian
